Showcasing Victoria's historic and contemporary culinary landscape, Gusto! featured an array of gastronomic treasures from the Library's collection.
From the first Australian cookbook dating from 1864 to an actual WWI army biscuit, the exhibition highlighted iconic foods, fine dining, viticulture, Indigenous foods, significant culinary figures, vintage advertisements, sustainable food practices and more.
