Tales We Treasure

Tales We Treasure celebrates the stories, memories and moments that shape us. 

Join singer-songwriter Josh Pyke for a special event of songs and storytelling, featuring his book These Long-Loved Things, created with illustrator Ronojoy Ghosh. Explore how treasured objects, people and memories make us who we are with Pocket House, where children can create their own mini house filled with things they love and treasure. 

Celebrate the milestone launch of the 10th book collaboration by beloved duo Jane Godwin and Anna Walker, ignite your creativity in hands-on craft activity hubs, and make memories of your own.

Inspired by These Long-Loved Things by Josh Pyke and Ronojoy Ghosh, Pocket House is your chance to create a little world filled with the things you hold close.

Perfect for children aged 5–12 years.

Sessions will run daily during school holidays from 1–4pm (19 September to 4 October) and 3–5pm on weekends throughout Term 4 (10 October to 13 December).

Auslan Storytime brings stories to life through visual language, expression and movement – delivered entirely in Australian Sign Language (Auslan). 

Perfect for kids aged 3-5 and their families.
