Kids talk about libraries

06 February 2020

In this short, sweet video, young members of State Library Victoria's Children's Advisory Committee reveal what libraries mean to them.

Prepare to be surprised by what they say, and take hope for the future!

The Pauline Gandel Children's Quarter, supported by Gandel Foundation, is a free, purpose-built space for children aged up to 12 years (and their parents and carers) to read, learn and play, with an associated program of activities. The space was co-designed by members of the Children's Advisory Committee, some of whom appear in this film.
