Find your creative spark with a Creating Texts Masterclass from State Library Victoria.
Online lesson
Kick off the masterclass with a pre-recorded lesson you can do in the classroom at your own pace. Students will be introduced to Rebel Heart and the extraordinary archive of soul-baring letters, intimate diaries and rare manuscripts found in the exhibition.
Using these items as inspiration, students will practise their writing, developing ideas with a purposeful voice and meaningfully connecting it to the stimulus.
The online lesson will be released Monday 4 May at 8.30am.
Online Q&A
Once your class has completed the session, join us for a Q&A on 12 May with the Rebel Heart curators and Education team. Make sure to submit your questions ahead of time via the booking form.
Make sure you book a spot to the online Q&A to receive a link to the online lesson.
