Learn about the day-to-day life of Indigenous communities on missions, settlements and reserves, through the secular songs that were sung after church.

Jessie Lloyd, State Library Victoria Creative Fellow, has been collecting these rare songs and almost forgotten stories, shedding new light on Australian history.

Jessie will be doing a special performance of some of the mission songs she has uncovered.

Wurundjeri Elder Joy Murphy will open with a Welcome to Country.
