From Afghanistan to England, Ethiopia to France, embark on a journey around the world through the Library’s extensive Rare Books Collection. Housing over 300 international medieval and early-modern (pre-1900) manuscripts, many of the texts are digitised to aid their preservation.
Join Dr Anna Welch, the Library’s Principal Collection Curator, History of the Book, for a special chance to see a selection of these manuscripts in person and learn about how they came to be in the Library’s collection.
