Savour a glass of Australian sparkling wine upon arrival, while enjoying the surrounds of the Red Rotunda. Named for its plush red walls, this elegant gallery features 19th-century portraits of prominent Victorians.
High tea at the Library is an experience like no other: treat yourself to a traditional afternoon tea including scones, pastries and finger sandwiches, and explore the Library’s unique collection, viewing over 20 of the Library’s rarely seen treasures.
You’ll be taken on a journey through Victorian culinary history showcasing Australia’s earliest recipe books, rare handwritten manuscripts and other artefacts and stories from Melbourne’s foodie past.
