"It is true that whisky improves with age. The older I get, the more I like it.” — Ronnie Corbett
Join us at the Library for a quiz, panel discussion and collection display about this iconic amber-hued spirit – also known as ‘liquid gold’ – that has captivated palates and warmed hearts for centuries. Whisky will be swirled and sipped, neat and in cocktails, courtesy of Victorian distilleries Bakery Hill and Starward.
Hear about the thriving Australian whisky scene with panel moderator Cara Devine from Behind the Bar and Goodwater, and panellists Andrew Baker from Bakery Hill, Carlie Dyer from Starward, Brooke Hayman from Whisky & Alement, and Fred Siggins from Goodwater.
Tickets are strictly limited, so book now.
