Children's storytelling workshop - explore the Zooniverse

21 July 2020, 4:00pm
28 July 2020, 4:00pm

Have you ever wanted to create your own magical animal?

Join author Nova Weetman and illustrator Chris Kennett, co-creators of the magical Zooniverse series, as they guide you through steps to create your very own animal mash-up creations called mashimals!

Zooniverse follows the story of Noah and his best friend Blue who like to design weird and wonderful mashimals - and then bring them to life with the help of a magical book.

Participants will learn how to create characters with personalities, and take them on their own adventures to see what mischief they can get up to. During the workshop, participants will be able to ask Nova and Chris questions about their work and experiences.

Please have paper and pencils at the ready for this online workshop. Parents and guardians are welcome to join in the fun!
