Whether you grew up playing with LEGO® bricks or it’s a new hobby, this after-dark event is ideal for all adults looking to embrace their inner child.
Explore the program of adult-friendly activities below, which will be accompanied by a bar and Jess McGuire on the decks. Plus, the Brickman will be stopping by to sign autographs and take pictures as well as take part in a Q&A with the host of the night at 8pm.
Art meets brick building
Swing by to help us create our mystery mosaic; a sizable LEGO® brick mosaic that captures an artistic image from within the Library’s collection.
Explore the Library after dark
Take part in the treasure hunt, where visitors will follow a map around the Library to collect LEGO® bricks for their own take-home model.
The live build
View the finished product of the large-scale State Library Victoria LEGO® brick model, which was constructed over two weeks by the Brickman’s team.
Please note: this event is adults only 18+.
