The search is on for Australia’s 2023 poetry slam champion!

After heats in metro, regional and rural Victoria, winners and runners-up will go head-to-head to determine the state’s best poet.

Cheer on our finalists as they speak, scream, howl, whisper or sing their verses in this electric live event where the audience is the judge.

The evening will be hosted by local and international slam-sensation Ren Alessandra, and the winner will go on to represent the state in Sydney at the 2023 Australian Poetry Slam championship.

Presented in partnership with Word Travels.
