Halloween beckons, calling for your tweens to sharpen their storytelling skills and broaden their imagination! And who better to assist than Reece Carter, author of the charming fantasy novel A girl called Corpse

Corpse is a young ghost on a quest to unlock her past and reclaim her name in a forgotten coastal town that fizzes with secret magic. Reece's exciting, new debut novel explores identity, loss, danger, and friendship concepts.

During the workshop, Reece will take children on a ‘choose your own adventure’ storytelling of Corpse’s world, discuss his journey to becoming an author, and workshop spooky character creations with the young storytellers.

Afterwards, Reece will be available for book signing in Readings.

This workshop is best suited to 8-12 year olds.

This program is supported by the Gandel Foundation.

Pauline Gandel Children's Quarter, also supported by the Gandel Foundation, is a purpose-built space for children and families to read, learn and play, with an associated program of activities.
