BookingsNo booking required

State Library Victoria’s very own Julianne Negri has burst onto the scene with her incredible debut book The Secret Library of Hummingbird House!

Join Julianne during CBCA Book Week for a three-part series, in which she ensnares the senses by writing about full on feelings, reveals lost words and their meanings (mubble fubbles and snollygosters, anyone?) and encourages you to smother your nearest and dearest with kindness.

The three talks will come with a fun reading and writing activity at the end  perfect for use in classrooms or remote learning, ages 712.

The Story talks series is supported by Gandel Philanthropy.

Pauline Gandel Children's Quarter, also supported by Gandel Philanthropy, is a purpose-built space for children and families to read, learn and play, with an associated program of activities.
