Accessibility survey

The accessibility survey is now closed

State Library Victoria is committed to making ongoing service improvements so we can better meet the needs of Library visitors with disability. We want to hear your thoughts on how you use the Library so we can work to reduce any barriers and make our facilities, services and programs even more accessible in the future.

In January 2017 we ran an online survey to collect Library users' feedback on our disability services. Any personal information provided on the survey form will be treated as confidential and managed in accordance with the State Library's Privacy statement. Any survey results contain only anonymous data.

Prize draw

All Australian residents aged 15 and over who completed the survey were given the choice to go into a draw to win a behind-the-scenes Library Dome to dungeons tour for the winner and four guests, tailored to their needs as appropriate. See the prize draw Terms & conditions for more information.
