Ukrainian Studies Foundation in Australia Fellowship
The Library offers a specialist fellowship to support applicants wanting to utilise the Library's collections on a project exploring Ukrainian history and/or culture in Australia and in particular in Victoria.
The Library's collection includes holdings documenting migration and settlement, literature, history, politics and popular culture.
The fellowship carries a grant of $15,000 and is for a period of three months full time, or longer if undertaken in a part-time capacity.
Applications for the 2018–19 fellowship closed on 22 April 2018.

About the fellowship
The Ukrainian Studies Foundation in Australia aims to preserve Ukrainian language and the teaching of Ukrainian history and culture by providing educational and charitable endowments to commemorate the memory of Taras Shevchenko and other worthy Ukrainians.
The foundation supports the establishment of departments of Ukrainian studies in public universities and provides prizes, scholarships and grants.
