You can play all sorts of games at the Library, from chess and checkers to Wii, Xbox and PlayStation computer games.
There are chess and checkers boards in the Chess Room – you'll usually find a serious game going on most days of the week. Beginners and experienced players alike will find plenty to help them polish their game in the chess magazines and books available in this dedicated chess space.
Visiting with kids? You can play video games, access children-only computers, create a Ned Kelly helmet, read stories, or draw and colour a picture in the Play Pod in Experimedia.
If you're after computer games, there are Wii, Xbox and PlayStation consoles in Experimedia. And you can also create music, videos and digital images using software like Premiere Pro CS4, iMovie, and the latest software from the Adobe Creative Suite on our bank of Apple Macs.
