Terms & Conditions

1. The survey and the prize draw are being run by the State Library of Victoria in conjunction with the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development, and the Municipal Association of Victoria.

2. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry into the prize draw.

3. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

4. The prize draw is open to individuals who:

• are not employees (or immediate family of employees) of the State Library of Victoria
• are aged 18 or older
• are under 18 years of age and have obtained parental/guardian consent to enter the prize draw, and whose parent/guardian agrees to these terms.

5. Multiple entries will not be accepted and will be discounted.

6. The prize draw will take place on 18 September 2009 at the State Library of Victoria, 328 Swanston Street, Melbourne.

7. A single entry will be selected randomly for the prize. The first name selected will win. The winner’s first name will be published on the Library website.

8. The winner will be notified by email and/or telephone.

9. The prize is a AUD$500 package of children's books.

10. Should the prize not be claimed by the winner within four weeks of notification, a further draw may be conducted to distribute the prize.

11. The prize will be delivered by post.

12. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash.
