So how happy am I to receive an invitation to attend a book launch in Darwin next Friday? To be reminded that there are people in Australia right now strolling about in t-shirts and sandals. Who are not wrapped in coats and scarves? Who are not chugging back the Vitamin C? Who are, in fact, soaking in Vitamin D?

Amusingly, people up here in darwin are complaining bitterly about the recent cold weather. This morning, the temperature got as cold as 17.5 degrees!
It may be time to get that doona out of storage! Brrrrr!!!
