Booktalkers 6 March special offer
The Centre for Youth Literature’s first Booktalkers event is on Tuesday 6 March at 6.30pm. This year’s program sees a move to the State Library’s Village Roadshow Theatrette.
We have a special offer on car parking for the night. The QV building next door to the Library is offering $5 parking for those attending Booktalkers. So if you are driving in to the city, we will help meet the cost of parking with a discount voucher for anyone attending.
And if you are thinking public transport, well, we’re right next door to Melbourne Central train station.
Writers talking books will be Maria Boyd, Sue Lawson, Doug MacLeod and Alice Pung.

PS: Don’t be tempted to park on the north side of La Trobe Street before 6.30pm. Until then it’s a clearway–and they mean it!
