Prepaid Copying Services Price List

The following information is for the Library's prepaid photographic copying and photocopying services. It includes:

Photographic copying

Photographic copies are high quality copies suitable for reproduction and publication, and are available as digital prints or digital files. See the notes below the table for more information.

Notes

GST is not charged on copying services at the State Library of Victoria.

Digital images at 300dpi are suggested for reproduction and publication purposes.
Clients requiring images for publication should consult their publisher or printer to confirm image file size.

Prepaid photocopying

Photocopies are inexpensive copies printed onto paper up to A3 in size. Copies of uncropped maps, architectural drawings and newspapers that are larger than A3 can be supplied on CD-ROM as digital files that are photocopy quality.

Please note

We aim to complete orders within 15 working days (ie three weeks); however, delivery time is not guaranteed.

Please note

A flat rate replaces former price per quantities.
Postage rates for other quantities are available on application.

Payment

Payment can be made by cash, cheque, credit card or direct debit.
American Express or Diners Club cards are not accepted.
If an invoice is required, the client must send a purchase order with the copying order.
