School Programs Brochure

Brochure

The School Programs brochure provides information for teachers and teacher-librarians about the education programs on offer for primary and secondary students at the State Library of Victoria.

The 2008 Semester 2 brochure contains information about:

  • Library tours
  • Teacher preview sessions
  • Research skills activities
  • Exhibition tours and workshops
  • Each program's links to VELS
  • Regional programs
  • Education resources
  • Other programs and services for schools
  • Bookings and inquiries.

You can download and print the brochure and a separate booking form below. You can also obtain a printed copy of the brochure (including the booking form) by contacting the Education Programs Unit on 03 8664 7555 or education@slv.vic.gov.au.

Bookings

Advance bookings are essential for all education programs.

To make a booking:

  • Consult the 2008 Semester 2 School Programs brochure to identify the program/s you would like to attend, and note your preferred dates.
  • Call 03 8664 7555 to make a provisional booking.
  • Complete your booking with details from your telephone booking, either online (see below) or by faxing the booking form from the brochure (see below) to 03 9639 4143.
  • You will receive an email acknowledging and confirming your booking.
  • The Library will issue your school with a tax invoice for the amount payable (after your visit).
