Booking Confirmation Form
This form should only be completed after consulting with the Education Programs Unit. If you have not yet done this, please call us on 03 8664 7555 to discuss your booking needs, costs and the availability of programs and dates.
Stage 1 of 5: How to book Step 1
Choose the school program/s that are best suited to the study areas and curriculum requirements of your students.
Step 2
Call the Education Programs Unit on 03 8664 7555 during business hours (9am-5pm) to discuss your booking, costs, dates and the availability of programs.
Step 3
Make your booking by filling in our online booking form.
(If you wish to book multiple days, you must book each one separately, using a new online form.)
Calculate the total cost for each day that you book:
- For each session, multiply the number of students attending by the cost of that session.
- Add all total session costs together to get your total cost for the day.
Step 4
Education Programs staff will check your online booking and send a confirmation email (different to the automated email you will receive upon completing this online form) containing full details of the programs you have booked. Please ensure you print the email booking confirmation you receive from the Education Programs Unit for your reference.
Step 5
Your school will be invoiced after your visit.
