2008: The Summer Read

For the 2008 Summer Read, we put together another selection of great books for you to indulge in and asked you to vote for your favourite. The list includes something for everyone - novels, short stories, non-fiction and poetry. And they're all set in Victoria or by Victorian authors!

As voted by readers, the top five Victorian summer reads of 2008 were:
