Virtual Specimens

Increasingly, cultural institutions are using online solutions to share their collections with wider audiences. In this presentation Dr Ken Walker explains how Museum Victoria is providing remote access to its collection through web-based image libraries for targeted audiences. In particular, he discusses two Museum websites - the Pests and Diseases Image Library, and Bioinformatics.

This forum was held at the State Library of Victoria on 1 May 2007.
