Liam Davison Liam Davison is the author of four novels including The White Woman and The Betrayal and two collections of short fiction. He received the National Book Council's Award for Fiction for his novel Soundings and has been twice shortlisted for the Victorian Premier's Literary Award. He writes regularly for the books pages of The Australian.
Thuy On Thuy On is a freelance writer who reviews books for a number of publications including The Age, The Australian Book Review and The Big Issue. She is also the Melbourne theatre critic for The Australian.
Ailsa Piper Ailsa Piper is best known as an actor, having worked in theatre and television all around Australia. She has written journalism, as well as scripts for ABC radio and the theatre. Her play Small Mercies was joint winner of the inaugural Patrick White Playwright's Award, and she has completed her first novel. She is also a director, and her work can be seen in this years Melbourne Festival production of The Night Season for Red Stitch Actors Theatre. Ailsa also teaches and mentors widely.
