- Final scene from the opera Sappho (1965) - for mezzo-soprano
- Letters from Morocco (1952) - song cycle for tenor, based on letters from Paul Bowles.

Temporary exhibition
The original manuscripts of the vocal works, along with related material providing insight into the creation of the works, will be on display from 27 September to 26 October in the Cowen Gallery. In addition, a newly acquired portrait of Peggy Glanville-Hicks, painted in 1989 by Joyce McGrath (former State Library of Victoria Arts Librarian), will be on public display for the first time on the evening of the concert.
