2016: Sarah Bingle

Ms Bingle's scholarship involved outreach work in a bi-cultural partnership to link Indigenous children in the Cranbourne area with their culture.

2014: Monica Dullard

Ms Dullard toured public libraries in the USA to gather wide-ranging experience with quality storytime sessions for a variety of age groups and communities.

2012: Liz Pidgeon

Ms Pidgeon attended two major international genealogy conferences and visited leading local and family history research facilities in the UK and US.

2010: Catherine Killmier

Ms Killmier toured Canadian and US libraries that have implemented community-led service delivery models with the aim of creating a community development framework for community hubs.

Ms Smith researched the changing face of customer service, including the way the community 'shops' and how this might influence the design and layout of libraries in the future.

2007: Lesley Fell

Ms Fell toured Arizona and Massachusetts public library services, which are leading the way in implementing services to meet baby boomers' needs.

2006: Michelle McLean

Ms McLean's study tour of US public library services looked at new ways of servicing virtual users through the latest technologies, equipment, training and professional development.

2005: Shirley Prescott

Ms Prescott visited the UK to research training for public library staff in reader development and best practice in reading services.

2004: Michael Byrne

Mr Byrne was seconded to the Queens Borough Public Library in New York to investigate its holistic approach to community building.

2003: Patti Manolis

Ms Manolis's study tour of East Timor helped her better understand the needs of the East Timorese in the Maribyrnong community and to establish a network of contacts for sourcing library materials in relevant languages.

2002: Adele Keneally

Ms Keneally investigated successful public libraries and learning communities in the UK and Canada.

2001: Natalie Brown

Ms Brown toured Canadian libraries that deliver successful library services to diverse communities.

2000: Genimaree Panozzo

Genimaree conducted a study tour in the UK to research the National Year of Reading and the National Reading Campaign to determine potential innovative programs that encourage reading.
