In this guided tour, students explore the exhibition Gusto! A culinary history of Victoria, and see highlights of the Library's reading and exhibition spaces.
Gusto! features gastronomic treasures from the Library's collections, including the first Australian cookbook, published in 1864, and an actual World War I army biscuit.
Use the exhibition visit as a springboard for discussions about the role of food in students' lives – from health and nutrition issues to the MasterChef phenomenon.
