Slip on a pair of white gloves and view artists' books from the State Library's collection with Rare Printed Collections Manager Des Cowley.

Experience the tactile pleasure of turning the pages of stunning and original artists' books, which were made to be read and handled.

This event is part of Rare Book Week (19–29 July), presented by the Australian and New Zealand Antiquarian Booksellers in association with partners including the State Library of Victoria. During Rare Book Week, see and hear about rare books from our collections and get advice on items from your own collection.
