The Most Beautiful Books of Australia and New Zealand (MBBANZ) biennial award program has been established by Monash University in partnership with the State Library to recognise innovation and excellence in contemporary book design and publishing in Australia and New Zealand. The awards will be announced on 20 March at the opening of an exhibition of entries at MADA Gallery, Monash University.
At this free event, awards jurors James Langdon (UK) and Layla Tweedie-Cullen (NZ) will discuss their own work and their ideas about what makes a book beautiful.
