This special five-course dinner highlights Melbourne’s history as the cocktail capital of the world in the gold rush era. Presented by Cameron Smith of RRR’s Eat it! and Sebastian Reaburn, Australian Bartender of the Year, the celebration will include a historical bill of fare with celebratory drinks, recipes and stories in the grand Queen’s Hall.
