Your Own Computer

The State Library of Victoria offers facilities for using your own laptop, including wireless broadband internet access. However, there is no direct access to the Library's network via your own computer. Access to the Library's network for printing is also not available.

Laptops

Power points for plugging in laptops are available in all reading rooms (please ensure that power cords do not create a safety hazard). Personal equipment can be used to copy approved items in most areas of the Library; however, the use of hand-held scanners or flat-bed scanners that come into direct contact with collection items is not permitted.
