Logging In to the Catalogue
As a registered user, you are now ready to make an electronic request via the catalogue.
Why must I log in?
Logging in will allow you to:
How do I log in?
- Enter your barcode from your Library card and your last name.
- Click OK. Click Clear to clear the text boxes if you make a mistake.
- If you have any questions about your barcode, ask at an information desk or the Book Desk in the Information Centre.
Error messages
If an error message appears while you are trying to log in:
- click on Logoff in the tool bar and try again
- check you have entered your barcode correctly
- check if you have entered your family name or last name only
- click the Clear button and try again
- check the error message - your barcode may have expired
If you are still having trouble and are in the Library, ask for assistance at the Book Desk in the Information Centre. If you are at a remote location, contact us.
What happens if I am not logged in?
The Login screen will display when you select the Send Request button or you try to save items for your book list or save a search query. When you select All Catalogues, only the Library Catalogues and Indexes will be available to you.
Please note
Remember to log off when you have finished searching and requesting items or using My Book List etc.
