Browsing the MMBW Plans - A Step-by-Step Guide

Start at the Main grid system plan, which is the index plan to the Level 2 and 3 plans.

Step 1

Choose zoom level.

Step 2

Click on plan to zoom and see more detail.

Step 3

Pan around plan until you find your area of interest.

Step 4

Choose Select mode. The plan will change to display shaded areas. These indicate links to more-detailed Level 2 plans. (Areas that are not shaded do not have links to Level 2 plans.)

Step 5

Click on your area of interest to view a Level 2 Index plan of this area.

Step 6

Choose zoom level.

Step 7

Zoom and pan to find an area of interest on the Level 2 Index plan.

Step 8

Choose Select mode. The plan will change to display shaded areas indicating links to more-detailed Level 3 plans. (Areas that are not shaded do not have links to Level 3 plans.)

Step 9

Click on your area of interest to view a Level 3 Detail plan. You have now reached the most detailed level of the MMBW Melbourne sewerage plans. From here zoom and pan to find specific streets, houses and other information.

Use the Uplink tool to return to the last Level 2 Index plan you viewed (full-size image only, not a zoomed or panned view). Choose a different Level 3 Detail plan from here. Or Uplink from Level 2 back to the Main grid system plan and choose a different Level 2 Index plan to explore.
