Obtaining Copies of Library Items

There are three ways you can obtain copies of Library items:

  • in-house copying services for pictures, objects and items which can't be photocopied
  • self-service copying using the Library's equipment
  • self-service copying using your own equipment.

In-house copying services

The Library provides both a Photographic Copying and Photocopying service for its users. See the Services section of this website for more information about the different types of services available.

How do I order copies?

Copies of Library items can be ordered in person at any of the information desks in the Library's reading rooms.

You may also make a request by contacting the Library through our online Ask Us! information and research service. Library staff can assist you in identifying material and will send you the appropriate forms for completion and payment.

Images from the Library's Catalogue can also be ordered by mail or fax.
