The Education Programs Unit at the State Library of Victoria caters specifically for the needs of the Victorian primary and secondary educational community. It provides an innovative year-round program of events, tours and workshops, based on the Library's impressive collections, spaces and exhibitions.
Specialist education staff assist primary and secondary students, teacher-librarians and teachers to access the extensive resources of the Library and extend their skills in a range of disciplines. All programs complement the Victorian Essential Learning Standards (VELS) or the Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE).
