Office of eStrategy & Innovation
The Office of eStrategy & Innovation is the key strategic planning, research and development arm of the Library. The Office is uninhibited by function; crossing and re-crossing organisational departments, changing the emphasis from who deos what, to what needs to be done.
The Office is responsible for:
- formulating digital strategies to achieve the business objectives of the Library
- planning, managing and evaluating the slv21 program, ensuring the program's effective delivery
- undertaking research to create new knowledge and intellectual property
- managing a process to generate new ideas, encourage experimentation and share knowledge
- communicating widely on the achievements and benefits of slv21
- reporting to key stakeholders on the issues, risks and outcomes of slv21
- providing authoritative advice on Library trends and enabling technologies.
