The Office is responsible for:

  • formulating digital strategies to achieve the business objectives of the Library
  • planning, managing and evaluating the slv21 program, ensuring the program's effective delivery
  • undertaking research to create new knowledge and intellectual property
  • managing a process to generate new ideas, encourage experimentation and share knowledge
  • communicating widely on the achievements and benefits of slv21
  • reporting to key stakeholders on the issues, risks and outcomes of slv21
  • providing authoritative advice on Library trends and enabling technologies.
