Marketing & Public Affairs
The Marketing & Public Affairs Division is responsible for developing and implementing the Library's Marketing Plan, based on analysis of commissioned research findings and aligned with organisational goals. It works not only to raise community awareness of the Library's collections and services but to build relationships with new audiences and partners.
The Division provides leadership and guidance across the Library in the development and implementation of coordinated strategic marketing activities, including in the online environment. It provides high-level marketing, market research and public relations advice to the CEO, Executive and Foundation. It is also responsible for overseeing the Library's media relations function, issues management and internal communications.
