Extended Term For Library Foundation Chair

The President of the Library Board of Victoria, Sam Lipski, has announced the reappointment of Stephen Kerr to the Chair of the State Library of Victoria Foundation for an additional two-year period. He has been the Chair of the Foundation since 1 July 2003.
The State Library of Victoria Foundation raises funds and attracts support to help the State Library deliver services and programs to the community and preserve Victoria’s cultural heritage. Stephen Kerr brings a wealth of business acumen, contacts and experience to this honorary and voluntary position. With a career spanning almost 20 years, he has extensive industry and cultural experience.
A public relations professional, Stephen Kerr is the founder and Chief Executive of the Public Relations Exchange. His firm provides strategic communications advice to Australian companies and individuals.

Stephen Kerr chairs the Foundation Executive Committee, which includes 17 other volunteer members, and will continue to work closely with the Foundation Executive Director, Morton Browne.
