Australia Day Public Holiday Hours

The Library will be open on Australia Day, Monday 28 January, from 10am to 6pm. Our galleries will close at 5pm.
Heritage Collections, including Manuscripts, Pictures and Rare Printed collections will be closed on Australia Day, and there will be no same-day deliveries to the Heritage Collections Reading Room.
If you want to use items from Heritage Collections or the offsite store on the Australia Day holiday you will need to order them in advance as follows:
- Onsite and offsite Heritage Collections - 3pm Friday 25 January
- Offsite Newspapers - 5.30pm Thursday 24 January
- Offsite books and journals - 5.30pm Sunday 27 January.
