Creative Fellows Lecture

The latest in the Library's Fellows' Lecture Series features dramaturg Sarah Cathcart, and art historians Steven Miller and Eileen Chanin. The free lecture evening will be held on Thursday 17 May in the Cowen Gallery from 5 to 6.30pm.
Sarah Cathcart will discuss her research for the play Boat 2, the second play in a trilogy she is working on. She performed her most recent play Cargo: The True Adventures of Mary Bryant, a solo work, at the Malthouse Theatre earlier this year.
Steven Miller and Eileen Chanin will outline the progress on their comparative study of the lives and work of four 19th-century women. They are sculptor Dora Ohlfsen, musicologist Louise Hanson-Dyer, publicist Alleyne Clarice Zander and artist Mary Cecil Allen.
