FROM THE INFORMATION DESK
CUSTOMER FEEDBACK Ever wondered what happens to the feedback forms our visitors give us? Over the last year the Library has received over 300 written pieces of feedback - telling us what our users like and dislike about the Library and giving suggestions for new or improved services. The feedback is registered and referred to relevant staff for reply within 10 working days. As a result of some of this year's feedback we have obtained more bandwidth to speed up our Internet services, provided extra lockers and supplied some computers with filtering software for parents who want this facility for their children.
Do you have feedback or suggestions for us? You can fill out a form at an information desk or the Foyer desk, or contact us online at: http://www.slv.vic.gov.au/services/information/index.html?newsletter
